Cather Cheese
Cather Cheese is Founding Partner at Planned Technology Services, where she oversees business development, operations management, and customer experience. She also serves as Senior IT Architect, managing the developmental life cycle of applications and custom projects from clients across diverse industries.

With over 20 years of experience in the information technology sector, Cather has proven herself a proficient strategic leader with rich management experience. Prior to founding PTS, she was the Application Development & Operations Manager for Hibbett Sports. She has also held positions as Technical Programmer and Consultant for Iberia Bank, Vesta Insurance, and Prime Health.

Cather received her degree in Computer Information Systems at the Southeast College of Technology.

Stephen Piland
Stephen Piland is a Partner at Planned Technology Services, where he oversees medium to large-scale projects and serves as Technical Lead for various clients. He is also a Senior IT Architect Consultant, specializing in custom coding and applications, prototype data loads, and technical support.
Stephen has been in the IT industry for over 25 years and has held a number of both technical and leadership positions. His past work includes integrating a new omni-channel POS with the existing MMS system for Vineyard Vines, leading development of essential internal systems at Hibbett Sports, and programming custom solutions for AcSel Corporation.
Stephen received his degree in Computer Programming from ECPI University.
